Laura Achee is the Customer Service and Enrollment Manager of the Unemployment Services Trust (UST), which helps nonprofits across the country to better manage their unemployment costs and HR liability. Laura helps USTís 2,100 nonprofit members manage their unemployment reserves to cover claims liability and oversees the unemployment cost evaluation services provided to 501(c)(3)s. Laura is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology.
Account Manager, Equifax Workforce Solutions
Karl Bierach has been with Equifax Workforce Solutions for over six years, and currently serves as the Account Manager for all of USTís nonprofit members. In his role, Karl travels across the U.S. educating nonprofits about their unemployment claims, and is responsible for the overall success of the unemployment cost management programs of UST.
