: Social Change

Description

The fund, an initiative of the Surdna Foundation, supports social change with an emphasis on "transition" models. Of particular interest are projects that assist clients in the transition from foster care to independence. The fund also supports projects in community reconciliation. Here the fund is interested in applying restorative models in three areas: police and community relations, hate crimes, and conservation. There are no deadlines. The board meets quarterly. Initial application forms are available online.
