DescriptionAmbassadors In Caring is a grant program of Profiles In Caring sponsored by the DreamWeaver Medical Foundation. Profiles In Caring creates TV news stories, webcasts, and half-hour programs that feature extraordinary humanitarian projects with a personal, behind-the-scenes emphasis. Profiles In Caring highlights the history of the extraordinary volunteer work accomplished by an organization and profiles individual inspirational stories of the people helping and being helped. Groups chosen will receive a $10,000 grant, a television feature on the organization, be broadcast nationally and internationally to millions of households over the Starfish Television Network, and receive a copy of the feature to keep and duplicate at will, and a keepsake award. Nominate a member of your organization for an Ambassadors in Caring award on the Web site.
