Description

The Foundation focuses its grantmaking on four areas: adult literacy, college preparation, minority high achievement, and out-of-school time. Funding and support in each area is awarded in the form of program grants, technical assistance or evaluation grants, research studies, and advocacy activities. Organizations in New England including Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont are encouraged to send a letter of inquiry for the Foundation's discretionary funding. Funding for other programs is by invitation only.
