DescriptionThe Foundation assists parents and caregivers in paying for healthcare services for sick children that are only partially covered by insurance plans. Services must seek to improve children’s quality of life, including dental treatments, eyeglasses, hearing aids, physical therapy, and speech therapy. Parents and caregivers for children age 16 and younger may apply. Applicants must live in the United States and be covered by a commercial health insurance plan. Grants will not support families whose adjusted gross income per individual exceeds $20,000 nor will they pay for past medical costs. Applicants must fill out an online application.
