DescriptionThe Foundation’s Basic Freedoms program seeks proposals to safeguard the basic freedoms guaranteed in America’s Bill of Rights. Proposals should help eliminate all forms of prejudice and discrimination and assist government agencies to be more accountable to the public. Of particular interest are anti-discrimination projects that involve joint efforts of two or more organizations. The Foundation will also consider funding for programs to address contemporary societal issues that might arise. The deadline is for letters of inquiry.
