DescriptionThe Foundation’s mission is to aid nonprofit music programs that offer music instruction to participants of any age. Applicants must successfully enhance the state of music education in the United States. For requests for instruments or equipment, the Foundation only provides what is traditionally sold through Guitar Center. If other instruments or equipment are needed, the Foundation will only donate money or memorabilia so that the program can purchase instruments or equipment independently. Applications are available online. The Grant Committee reviews all applications three times a year.
