DescriptionThe Foundation’s 21st Century Collaborative Activity Awards intend to initiate interdisciplinary discussions on problems or issues, help launch interdisciplinary research networks, and fund communities of researchers/practitioners dedicated to developing new methods, tools, and applications of basic research to applied problems. The Foundation will fund these collaborations in three areas: bridging brain, mind, and behavior; studying complex systems; and brain cancer research. Strong preference is given to applications involving multi-institutional collaboration.
