DescriptionThe Foundation's funding priorities are statewide gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and allied organizations in states other than Colorado working to ensure equal opportunity for all people regardless of sexual orientation or gender expression. Of particular interest are those that increase civic participation by LGBT people; secure equal rights and responsibilities for LGBT people; and increase acceptance, visibility and understanding of LGBT people through partnerships with non-LGBT allied organizations. Grant amounts generally do not exceed 10 to 15 percent of an organization's total budget and 50 percent of the project budget. Letters of intent are requested and may be submitted online.
