Description

The Prize comes from the government of Abu Dhabi to honor and continue the sustainability and humanitarian legacy of the founding father of the United Arab Emirates, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan. Masdar, Abu Dhabi's renewable energy company, manages the Prize. Funding categories are Health, Food, Energy, Water, Climate Action, and Global High Schools. Eligible regions are The Americas, Sub-Saharan Africa, Middle East and North Africa, Europe and Central Asia, South Asia, East Asia and the Pacific. Details about each of the categories as well as application instructions and additional information can be found on the Web site.
