DescriptionThe Foundation works to honor outstanding Jewish educators and support creative approaches to programming as it works to strengthen educational endeavors that perpetuate the identity, continuity, and heritage of the Jewish people. The Foundation, which awards grants in two categories: Ignition and Signature, seeks to fund innovative programs in Jewish schools, community organizations, and other institutional settings. Ignition grants are designed to explore new, untested ideas or to determine how established practices can become even more effective. Multi-year Signature grants are awarded for more established programs with proven track records. Organizations across all Jewish denominations are eligible to apply.
