Description

The Organization aims to address health inequities in the Greater Cincinnati area and surrounding counties by focusing on changing the environments where people live by addressing root causes of issues through policy and system change efforts. Through its Rural Changemakers Grant, the Organization aims to support grassroots, locally led changemaking efforts that seek to resolve community identified challenges related to health. The Organization will provide strategic funding the enhances and support grassroots work addressing community-identified challenges and inequalities related to health in the rural regions served by the Organization in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. Eligible organizations mut be a public or private nonprofit or governmental organization and provide services in at least one county of the Organization's identified rural counties in Ohio, Indiana, or Kentucky.
