DescriptionAs the philanthropic arm of the health Corporation, the Foundation aims to transfer the health of communities through three distinct drivers of health: healthcare access, social services, and education. The Foundation supports local partnerships and initiatives focused on inclusion, the whole person, and community development. Rather than focus on a sole grant, the Foundation recognizes that transforming the health of communities requires more than one-time contributions and thus seeks partnerships that can grow over time and position communities to thrive.
