DescriptionThe Foundation supports parents and patients of the neonatal intensive care unit. The Foundation's Neonatal Research Initiative awards grants to doctors, scientists, and nurses at universities, hospitals, and research institutions to support research addressing both he long-term and immediate health needs caused by premature birth. All applicants must be based in the United States and represent a U.S. based institution. The Foundation also awards NICU Support Grants, which fund programs directed at easing the experience of families spending time in the NICU.
