DescriptionThe Foundation funds Community Grants that further the health, wellness, and education of people with Parkinson's Disease across the U.S. Grants are awarded to programs that are impactful, sustainable, scalable, and measurable. Programs may be new, existing grant-supported, and/or pilot programs. The current grantmaking focus is on programs that educate and deliver exercise programs specifically designed for people with Parkinson's Disease; address the intersection of mental health and Parkinson's Disease; and reach and support care partners of individuals with Parkinson's Disease. Eligible applicants include nonprofit organizations, healthcare facilities, and for-profit organizations for programs offered at no cost. Eligible applicants must operate at the local level or be an affiliate or chapter of a larger organization that operates locally.
