DescriptionThe Trust is an independent Catholic grant-making charity that exists to enable those who are serving the common good to make an even greater difference. Seeking to use its resources to build social justice in the United Kingdom, the Trust funds organizations that work with people to reduce poverty, exclusion, and social and economic injustices and to empower people of faith to exercise leadership in their communities. The Trust also funds research to improve public policy. The Trust awards two types of grants: the Large Grant Programme awards grants between $7,500 to $75,000; the Small Grants Programme awards grants between $1,500 and $7,500. Grants in the Small Grants Programme are designed to support highly localized projects at parish or local levels. Organizations in England or Wales are eligible to apply. Visit the Web site for additional information and application instructions.
