DescriptionThe Foundation is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life on earth by supporting wildlands conservation, disabled recreation and mobility, international microenterprise, and global understanding. Areas of interest include programs that support outdoor adventure opportunities and mobility solutions for the disabled; those that promote conservation of healthy wildland ecosystems and wildlife habitat through research and/or advocacy; and social and environmentally responsible entrepreneurial projects that recognize an independent global economy. Initiatives designed to promote global peace and understanding between people of different nations and ethnic backgrounds are also considered. Letters of inquiry are requested and may be submitted by e-mail, fax, or regular mail. A grant proposal outline is available on the Web site.
