DescriptionThe Foundation advances the rights of women, girls, and lesbian/gay/bisexual/transgender/queer/intersectional (LGBTQI) people. It also promotes gender and racial justice by ensuring that those most affected by injustice have the resources they need to cultivate leadership and solutions that transform our world. The Foundation's grantmaking strategies are designed to support the entire ecosystem of transformative movements by following the lead of marginalized women, girls, and LGBTQI people who catalyze change every day in their communities and countries. The Foundation prioritizes multi-year, general operating support and seeks to avoid restrictions. Grants are made for up to three years.
