Description

The Organization, formerly known as the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, works to develop nurse leaders anywhere to improve health care everywhere. The Organization's Sigma/Jonas Philanthropies Collaborative Research Grant supports nursing research that will help improve health care for the most vulnerable citizens of the United States. Through the program, three grants are available for projects that address a pressing health care issue in the areas of environmental health, mental health, rural health, veterans' health care, or visual health. Eligible applicants must be a registered nurse with a current license or a doctoral nurse scholar. Additional information can be found on the Web site.
