DescriptionThe Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the New Zealand real estate Company. It awards grants worldwide including in the United States to fund reputable community-based, nonprofits organizations which need funding for projects and initiatives designed to benefit as many people as possible. Grant requests must be for a specific event, projects, item, or initiative. Priority will be given to applications that demonstrate that their grant will have the widest community impact.
