DescriptionThe Organization is seeking bold ideas for a photo-based project that redefines how we understand and respond to urgent issues in the United States. The Organization seeks to support women, transgender, and non-binary artists whose processes are rooted in community engagement and collaboration. Projects will reframe issues and highlight underrepresented narratives that resist and interrogate social and political landscapes while promoting empathy and unity. The Organization prioritizes artists of color and supports individuals from all spectrums of identity, including religion, sexual orientation, age, ability, and socio-economic status. Project locations must be in the United States, Washington, DC, and Puerto Rico. Application instructions and additional information can be found on the Web site.
