The Ethel Louise Armstrong Foundation

: Disabilities

The Foundation’s mission is “to change the face of disability on the planet.” Grantmaking is targeted toward projects that seek inclusion of people with disabilities in the arts, advocacy, and education. Programs must aid adults (over age 22) in those areas. Applicants are asked to complete an online grant application form. If the project is accepted, then the Foundation will accept a completed hard copy grant application packet. Additional information is available on the Foundation’s Web site.
