DescriptionFounded by a Holocaust survivor who started National Electronics, an electronics distribution company, the Foundation’s grantmaking is focused on supporting high quality and compelling programs in Israel and the U.S. Jewish community, primarily in Miami. Grants are awarded in the following areas: Jewish education (formal and informal) and Jewish identity, in Miami and Israel; social services for vulnerable segmented of the Jewish communities of Miami and Israel (including people with disabilities and children at-risk); Israel experience programs, higher education in Israel; Holocaust education; Israel education and Zionist initiatives; and health care in Israel or serving the Jewish community in Miami. The Foundation recommends potential applicants apply online through the Web site; however, paper applications will be accepted. Additional information can be found on the Web site.
