DescriptionThe Foundation focuses its grantmaking on hunger. The Foundation’s mission is to ensure every child in the U.S. grows up with dependable access to enough nutritious food to enable them to lead a healthy, productive life. The Foundation has three grantmaking programs: the Stephen J. Brady Stop Hunger Scholarship, Heroes of Everyday Life, and Youth Grants. The Brady Stop Hunger Scholarships recognize innovation and youth-led solutions to fight hunger in the U.S. Heroes grants recognize employees who have invested time, talent, and service spirit to help those at risk of hunger. In the Youth Grants program, the Foundation partners with Youth Service America to provide grants for youth-led service projects that engage young people in the fight against hunger.
