DescriptionThe Fund is the nation’s only organization focused on supporting the mental health and emotional well-being of young people of color. The Fund’s goal is to create a robust national dialogue; adoption of effective programs by colleges and universities; greater knowledge and utilization of campus mental health services; and the increased competency of families and mental health organizations serving students of color. The Fund works with colleges and universities, nonprofits, researchers, mental health experts, families, and young people to promote programs and strategies that build understanding and assistance for the mental and emotional health of the nation’s young people of color. The Fund supports clinical care, research development for programming, human capital for diversity on campus, and technical assistance for administration, staff, and faculty in assessing gaps.
