DescriptionThe Foundation seeks to fund and promote the development, validation, and adoption of non-animal methods in biomedical research, product testing, and education. The Foundation’s grantmaking focuses on projects aimed at developing methods to replace or reduce the use of animals in science. Grants of up to $40,000 will be awarded for research related to alternatives to the use of laboratory animals in research, testing, and education. Preference will be given to institutions based in the United States. Additional information can be found on the Web site.
