DescriptionThe fashion Company believes that everyone has the ability to lead. There are many ways to lead, many styles of leadership, and many kinds of effective leaders. The Company also believes that girls and women who activate the natural leadership qualities within themselves find their voices, build inner strength, and develop the confidence to pursue what really matters. The Company’s Activating Leadership program supports programs that bring about self-discovery and personal transformation; help women and/or girls find their inner strength and trust their intuition, and address any phase of a woman’s and/or girl’s life. Each year, the Company has focused on one of the following three themes: Achieving Personal Transformation, Applying Leadership Attributes, and Leading for Impact.
