DescriptionConcerns include creating economic prosperity under fair conditions, and through democratic processes; the cost to the earth of unlimited economic growth; and culture, ethnicity, religion, and race. Included under culture is an emphasis on Jewish culture and spirituality, building Jewish community in the diaspora, Jewish history and education, and social and environmental issues in Israel. Also of interest is a fair and just resolution for the Israeli people and the Palestinian people in the Middle East. Grants are generally not awarded to organizations with annual budgets in excess of $1 million.
