DescriptionThe Foundation supports innovative programs that break down societal barriers and build inclusive communities through education and outreach. Grants have been awarded to promote cultural diversity across a variety of arts, education, social, and public programs in communities located around the Company’s affiliate locations of Southern California, Middle Tennessee, Central Mississippi, Dallas/Fort Worth, Detroit, New York, and Atlanta. In addition, the Foundation’s Nissan Neighbors Program is dedicated to improving communities through charitable contributions and in-kind donations to nonprofits working in three focus areas: education, the environment, and humanitarian aid. Nissan Neighbors grants are awarded in and around the communities Southern California, Middle Tennessee, Central Mississippi, Dallas/Fort Worth, and Detroit.
