DescriptionThe International Awards Program identifies and supports eminent women in science throughout the world. Each year, the Program recognizes five Awards Laureates for their contributions to the advancement of science. Life and Physical Science awards alternate years. Scientists around the world are invited to submit candidates for the annual Awards. Nominations can only be submitted electronically. Different awards are centered on different countries.
