SPECIAL FEATURE: Dealing with Viruses & Other Disruptions

The Calvin K. Kazanjian Economics Foundation

: Business & Finance

The Foundationís mission is to address the issue of economic illiteracy. It awards grants to projects that disseminate economic thinking and knowledge by all available means so that greater happiness and prosperity may come to all through better economic understanding. Grants also fund the production of materials and seminars and workshops that promote discussions and assist in the development of greater economic literacy. Also of interest are projects that promote the interchange of ideas and experiences among students of economic theory, those teaching it, and those engaged in solving practical economic problems in business and government. Projects also must further the Foundationís purposes through cooperation with schools, colleges and universities, foundations, or other organizations, by financial support or other means.
