DescriptionThe Foundation focuses on increasing employment opportunities for people with disabilities through its two grantmaking programs: Signature Employment and Community Employment. Grants are awarded locally in New Jersey and nationally for programs aimed at increasing the percentage of Americans with disabilities in the workforce. It also awards funding by invitation only in its Special Initiatives grants. Some additional information can be found on the Web site.
