DescriptionThe Foundation’s primary grantmaking interests include support for education and research that fosters market-based policy solutions. Developing state and national organizations that promote free enterprise, entrepreneurship, and private initiative is also a priority as well as identifying and educating young leaders. The Foundation supports unsolicited inquiries and proposals only by regular mail and the board of directors meets bi-annually, usually in May and October.
