The Generation Trust

DescriptionThe Trust was created in 1985 in Ohio by John D. Beckett of the R.W. Beckett Corp. and members of the Beckett family. Grants are targeted solely to organizations with a Christian purpose, including churches and ministries, in the U.S. and around the world. The Trust provides emergency funds, program, development, seed money, and technical assistance. Geographically, the Trust awards grants nationally, internationally, and has a special affinity for nonprofits in California, Colorado, Florida, Mississippi, New York, North Carolina, and Virginia. Applicants are asked to submit a letter and a proposal. There are no deadlines. The Trust is administered by Fifth Third Bank Northeastern Ohio NA.
