Description

The Foundation is a mission driven, proactive organization with a strong desire to address significant issues in animal protection and Texas history. The Foundation’s mission is restricted to the following: alleviating fear, pain, and suffering of animals and to promote animal protection and the prevention of cruelty to animals; and to research, promote, and document all facets of Texas history. Founded in 1988 by Dallas philanthropist, the Foundation does not accept proposals online. Additional information can be found on the Web site.
