DescriptionThe University’s Bayada Award for Technological Innovation in Nursing Education and Practice was created in 2004 to acknowledge nurses who have made a significant contribution to nursing education or practice through the development and/or adoption of a new technology. Categories for submission include nursing education or patient care. Nursing education submissions will focus on innovation in curriculum delivery methods, improving student clinical competency, and efficiency. Patient care submissions focus on innovation related to improving efficiency of patient care delivery, preventing errors in patient care, or improving outcomes. One $10,000 prize will be awarded in each category. Additional information can be found on the University Web Site.
