DescriptionThe Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the insurance Company. It supports organizations supporting its commitment to enhancing the health of individuals and families and the well-being of their communities, with a special focus on those communities where Company employees live and work. Grantmaking is focused on the following areas: promoting wellness, expanding opportunities, developing leaders, and embracing communities. Promoting wellness grants help build awareness and assist people in managing their health challenges and making health services available and affordable for all. Expanding opportunities grants support the talents of every person regardless of gender, ethnicity, or physical condition. Developing leaders grants support the type of community service that gives talented individuals the experience to become future leaders. Embracing communities grants connect neighbors to create networks that will address the complex social and environmental challenges we all face.
