DescriptionThe Foundation’s Shelter Grant program awards a grant to at least one domestic violence shelter in every state; remaining fund are distributed based on state population. This is in support of National Domestic Violence Awareness Month every October. The grants may be used for the shelter’s operating budget with the exclusion of staff travel. Applications are accepted from Jan. 15 through April 30. Additional information including an application form can be found on the Web site.
