DescriptionThe Foundation was established to support charitable and educational projects that promote excellence in journalism and instill and encourage high ethical standards. Funding is targeted for training and education of journalists; educating students; freedom of information; investigative reporting; diversity in the newsroom and the news; First Amendment issues; electronic and news media; and public interest/policy. Letters of inquiry are accepted by mail or e-mail.
