Description

The Trust supports U.S. nonprofits that provide long-term programs offering direct assistance to sick and injured veterans and their families. The Trust’s mission of service is accomplished by making sure sick and disabled vets have transportation to VA medical facilities for treatment; providing food, shelter, and medical aid to needy and homeless veterans; meeting the special needs of veterans faced with such specific disabilities as paralysis, amputation, and brain injuries; supporting physical and psychological rehabilitation projects aimed at some of America’s most profoundly disabled vets, and bringing hope to the forgotten and suffering families of disabled vets. Requests are reviewed quarterly. Application forms and guidelines can be found on the Web site.
