DescriptionThe health care Corporation’s national philanthropy program supports charitable organizations and projects that are active in at least two of the Corporation’s eight regions; are able to demonstrate impact in the four funding priority areas, and are engaged at the national level to improve community health. Funding priorities are community health initiatives, safety net partnerships, care and coverage for low-income people, and developing and disseminating knowledge. The Corporation’s eight regions are northern California, southern California, Colorado-Denver/Boulder, Colorado-Colorado Springs, Georgia, Hawaii, mid-Atlantic, Northwest, and Ohio. The Corporation accepts applications year-round. Additional information including a funding eligibility questionnaire can be found on the Web site.
