DescriptionThe Foundation’s mission is to increase the number, range, and depth of positive learning experiences available to materially disadvantaged young people living in the cities and towns of Massachusetts. Most grants are provided to organizations that offer programs for underserved inner-city youth. Grants frequently help an organization to establish a new facility where no such facility exists, bringing services to a neighborhood for the first time.
