DescriptionThe Foundation seeks to provide underserved Americans with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary for financial success throughout life. Priority is given to projects that focus on using behavioral finance to improve saving and investing; meeting the financial and investor needs of underserved audiences; creating new marketing and distribution channels for financial and investor education; helping Americans manage their finances and investments in retirement; and improving investor protection. The Foundation places high priority on reaching and engaging a well-defined target audience, and encourages collaboration and strategic partnerships that facilitate effective marketing and distribution efforts. Funding is given to educational projects or programs, research, and a combination of research and education programs. Additional details can be found on the Web site.
