DescriptionThe Norman Foundation supports international grassroots and policy-oriented organizations working in the areas of economic justice, civil rights/individual liberties, and environmental justice. Funding is earmarked for general support, issue-specific projects, and for collaborations between local groups and national organizations. The foundation also welcomes innovative proposals designed to build the capacity of social change organizations. The March deadline is for economic justice grants. The foundation does not accept applications via e-mail.
