International affairs grants support initiatives that advance education, scholarship, and public understanding related to the history, culture, political, and economic systems of other nations. Human rights foundation is limited primarily toward Russia, assisting groups involved in the transition from communism to democracy. The Foundation does not accept letters of inquiry via e-mail.
