DescriptionThe Foundation is committed to improving society through social activism. Giving is targeted toward the following areas: national and local organizations that serve the needs of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) communities; educational, research, and recreational opportunities for the local LGBT community via access to the Internet; the reduction and elimination of the manufacture and sale of handguns in the United States; voter registration; and animal language research, service animals, and eliminating the rare animal trade.
