DescriptionThe Fund supports nonprofits in Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming that work to ensure that all individuals have an equal opportunity live a healthy, productive life. Priority is given to programs and projects in aging; alcoholism and substance abuse; amateur sports; disabilities; education; homeless and disadvantaged; and youth development. The majority of the funds (65%) are distributed to Colorado organizations with 50% distributed in Metro Denver and 15% in the balance of the state. Other grant distribution numbers are: 10% in New Mexico, 10% in Wyoming, 5% in Utah, and 10% nationally. National programs are by invitation only. Additional information can be found on the Web site.
