DescriptionThe Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the home building company. Funding initiatives fall into two areas: affordable housing responsibly built and healthy community and wildland forests. Under the first priority are affordable housing organizations that work to create and rehabilitate affordable housing. The second funding priority includes urban and rural forests. The Foundation gives first priority to organizations that have been invited to apply for a grant. Unsolicited requests that match foundation eligibility requirements also receive consideration. Applicants are asked to apply online.
