DescriptionThe Endowment’s mission is to improve the financial well being of all Americans. It funds innovative research and research-based development projects that make a profound contribution to the field of financial literacy. Projects can come from the following fields: behavior, economics, neuroscience, sociology, psychology, marketing, finance, education, change theory, decision science, and others. Project outcomes must be actionable in the field of financial literacy, directly relevant to the financial well being of the public, and able to be broadly applied. Applicants are asked to submit a concept inquiry form by the deadline. Funding requests are assessed within the parameters of three key grant themes: understand financial behavior, advance innovative thinking, and assure significance to society.
