DescriptionCreated from the estate of hotelier Ellsworth Statler following his death, the Foundation funds students enrolled in courses of study leading to degrees in the culinary arts and hotel/motel management. Grants are also awarded to universities for facilities as well as curriculum development of courses in hospitality management, building and renovations, equipment, endowment funds, professorships, scholarship funds, research, and program–related investments and loans.
